The Chill Oxx: Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Chill Oxx! We take pride in our products and want to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.

1. Our Policy: All Sales Are Final

Please review your order carefully before purchasing. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • You ordered the wrong size.

  • You are unsatisfied with the fit, style, or color.

  • You no longer want the item.

To help you choose the perfect fit, please consult our Sizing Chart available on each product page before placing your order.


2. Exceptions: Our Error

We will gladly replace an item at no cost to you only if one of the following errors occurs:

  • Wrong Size Delivered: You received a different size than what is listed on your order confirmation (e.g., you ordered a "Large" but received a "Medium").

  • Wrong Product Delivered: You received a completely different item, color, or design than what is listed on your order confirmation.

  • Damaged Item: The product arrived with a clear manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.


3. How to Report an Issue

If you believe you have received a wrong or damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days of the delivery date.

To report an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to thechilloxx@gmail.com.

  2. Subject Line: Please use "Order Issue - [Your Order Number]".

  3. In your email, include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., "I ordered a size Large but received a size Medium").

    • Photo and Video proof. Please attach a clear photo of the item showing the size tag, the wrong product, or the damage.


4. Resolution Process

Review: Our team will review your claim and the photo evidence.

Approval: If the error is verified, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Return: Please send the incorrect/damaged item back to us. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the correct product to you. If the correct item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

We will not accept any items sent back to us without prior approval.
