Thank you for shopping with The Chill Oxx! We take pride in our products and want to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.
1. Our Policy: All Sales Are Final
Please review your order carefully before purchasing. All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

You ordered the wrong size.

You are unsatisfied with the fit, style, or color.

You no longer want the item.
To help you choose the perfect fit, please consult our Sizing Chart available on each product page before placing your order.
2. Exceptions: Our Error
We will gladly replace an item at no cost to you only if one of the following errors occurs:

Wrong Size Delivered: You received a different size than what is listed on your order confirmation (e.g., you ordered a "Large" but received a "Medium").

Wrong Product Delivered: You received a completely different item, color, or design than what is listed on your order confirmation.

Damaged Item: The product arrived with a clear manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.
3. How to Report an Issue
If you believe you have received a wrong or damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days of the delivery date.
To report an issue, please follow these steps:

Email Us: Send an email to thechilloxx@gmail.com.

Subject Line: Please use "Order Issue - [Your Order Number]".

In your email, include:

Your full name and order number.

A clear description of the issue (e.g., "I ordered a size Large but received a size Medium").

Photo and Video proof. Please attach a clear photo of the item showing the size tag, the wrong product, or the damage.

4. Resolution Process
Review: Our team will review your claim and the photo evidence.
Approval: If the error is verified, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Return: Please send the incorrect/damaged item back to us. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the correct product to you. If the correct item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
We will not accept any items sent back to us without prior approval.
