Refund & Return Policy

At The Chill Oxx, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange their products within 3 days of delivery.

The first exchange is free ( Only Size Exchange)

Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.

Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).

Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.

COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).

Cancellation:

Pre-dispatch

If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, kindly send an email to Thechilloxx@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order.

Post dispatch

Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Please Note:

If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email  Thechilloxx@gmail.com with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.

Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
